Shipping & Returns

How is shipping calculated?

Shipping carriers like USPS, FedEx, and UPS calculate shipping charges based on whichever is greater: the actual weight of the package or its DIM weight (amount of space a shipment takes up). Whichever is higher becomes the billable weight we're charged. We cover most of these costs to forward cheaper costs to you, but some slip through.

Return & Exchange Policy

Since we're a small business, we take returns extremely seriously because that means something we made or put our brand on wasn't to your satisfaction. That doesn't sit well with us.
